Survey Data.Survey data is defined as the resultant data that is collected from a sample of respondents that took a survey. This data is comprehensive information gathered from a target audience about a specific topic to conduct research.

ESU 5 Climate SurveyThe ESU 5 Climate survey was sent out in each Fall from 2016 through 2022 (with the exception of 2020 and 2021 because of the attention needed at that time toward the pandemic). The survey is broken up into four parts with Likert Scale questions that include the following overarching themes: Orientation and Training, Supervision, Other Aspects of Your Work and Compensation and Benefits. Additionally, the survey included 4 “choice questions” related to job satisfaction.

Survey Return RateOver all the return rate for each of the 5 years was high with the lowest year being 2019 at 82% and the highest 2017 at 92%. Below you will find a list of return rates for each of the 5 years the survey was collected:
